- Re: Mutual "length contraction" in Euclidean geometry
...
PD, why are you dodging the question. I have *requested* you to write
out an invariant 4-vector for the steel rod in question. Why can't you
do that? Then you have to simply show that the term "length" is a
*projection* of this invariant 4-vector. We could then discuss whether
the SR notion of "length contraction" is a physical effect or just a - Re: Don't talk to Aliens Or God!
Observation...do you see any other earths or universes? What, he had no room for
another earth? Couldn't find another sun??
And why do you keep editing my Newsgroups, are you insane?
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Albert Einstein
The Starmaker - Re: Electtron Microscope
This is correct. Science is all about pushing the limits of defined truth to
new levels.
Relativists like smiffy believe everything is already known because Einstein
discovered it.

- Re: Photons have mass and variable speed
Deer fuckwit:
Momentum is defined as mv.
Velocity is defined as v = dx/dt
Acceleration is defined as a = d2x/dt2
Distance is x = 1/2 at^2 or x = vt.
KE = 1/2 mv^2, the integral of momentum.
That means that if you add up all the pushes that take place
in time tiny dt you have used energy to accelerate the mass m. - Re: Don't talk to Aliens Or God!

"Best information"??? Get your facts straight..the 'best information' at the time
was that the age of the Earth was 75,000 years old. That was the belief of the scientifc
community at that time.
Since he didn't 'agree' with the best information, he found one nut to agree with him. - Re: The Impossible Concept of Mutual Time Dilation

Don't change the subject diaper. 'f = c/lambda' IMPLIES that f is the rate of
