- Re: Edge of Darkness (USA) 2010
That has absolutely nothing to do with what I wrote. Since (a) it's a
swimmer and (b) talking about an undefined group. What I'm talking
about is I don't care if Anna May Wong is gay, if Bruce Willis is a
conservative or if Warren Beatty slept with his sister or if Richard
Gere still -- or ever -- cultivated small furry pets. Obviously, the - Re: Salt (2010)
Like the BOURNEs and the (good) BONDs, SALT had the benefit of a good
director... against which far-fetched, guessable plots hardly
matter... - THAT EVENING SUN (no spoilers)
THAT EVENING SUN is set in rural Tennessee, and opens upon an 80-year-
old man realizing that his 'rest home' feels like neither. At just
under 2 hours, this careful drama admittedly moves a bit more slowly
than I consider ideal. Otoh, there's end-to-end Hal Holbrook, as well
as a supporting cast worthy of him. There's also meticulous - Re: It is time to burn Mexican flags.
All we have to do is legalize pot and the war is over. But our
government is too dumb to figure that out. - Salt (2010)
I just came out of the movies after having seen Salt. I liked the film and
found it highly entertaining, even if it was just a tiny bit far fetched and
exaggerated. James Bond and Jason Bourne are just sissies compared to Evelyn
Salt. The story was great fun, although I guessed the plot after half an - Re: RESIDENT EVIL 3D (no info at all)
You've convinced me: I'll see MACHETE again, but only after I've
forgotten enough to renew the plot's taut suspense...
Meanwhile, the first RottenTomatoes review of RE:A3D is up: a '2/5'
from Nobody U. Know. What a letdown for me, waiting for 'shitbomb' or
'starburst'... - Re: How many times does James Franco masturbate in a day?
I said I was going to try not to ever respond to you again,
so now I have failed; but that doesn't mean that I will
respond to you at any time except when I bloody well feel
like it, so don't bitch when I don't.
Look at the two Wikipedia articles linked above to see
what Maddow and Coulter look like. [Coulter is the female.] - Re: How many times does James Franco masturbate in a day?
I'm quite confident tomcervo and I understand each other perfectly.
However, at the risk of wasting some electrons, what do you mean,
calvin?
WTF?
She needs a mirror, not a doctorate.
Coulter is the mannish-looking one.

[you libs can't even understand each other]
Nowhere, apparently, but she graduated 'cum laude' from Cornell
and her post graduate work and honors are also described at Wiki:

Anyway, do you claim that Coulter needed a PhD to
refer to Maddow as 'macho'? - Re: How many times does James Franco masturbate in a day?
It is according to Oxford:

"In 2001, she earned a Doctorate in Philosophy (DPhil) in politics
from Oxford University."
In view of Coulter's oft-expressed disdain that Keith Olbermann got
his degree from the WRONG college at Cornell--whatever that means--
where did Ann get HER doctorate? - Re: "Machete" = "On Deadly Ground?"
Good observation. Trying to purposely direct/write in "B" grade
qualities ultimately insults the viewer. - Re: Edge of Darkness (USA) 2010

Reportedly Jaguar execs were dismayed that they had signed a contract
with anyone so f*cking stupid to alienate one of their core
demographics. - Re: "Machete" = "On Deadly Ground?"
I think the first "Lohan" topless scene, with Machete and her mom, it
taken directly from the Grindhouse Machete trailer and it's obviously
not her.
Yeah, if you didn't like Planet Terror, then you're sure not gonna
like Machete. The problem I had with it is that even as "dumb fun" it
came across as condescending and slipshod. The Expendables was no
